- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Finally going to change agents. I'm not sure why this even says John Cowart because in 7 years, I have NEVER spoken to him. Susan has handled all of my concerns with State Farm and she has done a good job with my utilizing State Farm for a claim, but forget any discounts or getting any explanations of charges. I believe she is perfectly fine with everyone paying FULL premium for State Farm insurance. Oh and she definitely runs the office. I called Johns Cell by accident once and was asked never to call that number again, even though its on his card. OK... In conclusion this office is horrible. If you havent spoken to your agent in 7 years and contact them consistantly, well then they simply couldn't care less. I also have multiple policies with them.
