- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My experiences with this company were unfavorable - I'm unable to give a positive recommendation. As a clinic owner its imperative that radiologists I engage provide not only timely and accurate services but do so in a collegial manner. We experienced behaviors which were repeatedly impatient, arrogant and abrasive. One radiologist would call my techs repeatedly throughout the day stating...and I'm paraphrasing... "Do you know how busy I am - I don't have time to wait for your films...or answer your questions" My staff loathed interacting with this company. I brought these concerns to the company head and the company failed to ever circle back and ensure that their employees were now behaving respectfully and professionally. In fairness, service was timely and reads were usually accurate. Pricing was competitve. If its over-reads you want they can provide this service. We've moved elsewhere and couldn't be happier.August 10, 2017by A Google User
