  Absolutely great and amazing. My daughter and I loved our experience here. The staff and doctor are always smiling aND are very efficient with everything. My daughter couldn't have asked for any better orthodontic experience. :)

  The experience my son had with this place started badly and ended worse. He had four brackets fall off in 4 days because they weren't cemented properly. The office blamed him and tried to charge me extra. Once they were cemented properly, he never had another problem. In the end I was convinced by the Dr that a retainer that was cheaper and allowed them to retain more of my money was ideal for my son. His straight teeth were crooked again within a month of the braces being removed despite the retainer being glued to his teeth. They blamed me for choosing this retainer even though I was told it was ideal. Had to pay another place almost $500 for a removable retainer.
