  I have had problems since I first transferred my 16 prescriptions to this pharmacy approximately 8 months ago. There are two staff members that I really like (one pharmacists and one assistant) the rest are rude sometimes hateful and disrespectful. There was one instance where there was a problem with the insurance and the pharmacist asked me to go to a window where there was a staff member and she would call the insurance to straighten it out. I walked to the window and the staff member took a deep breath and sighed and said it was past time for her to leave. I needed to wait until she finished what she was doing (I had no problem with that). She finished what she was doing and the acknowledged me with an attitude as if I were bothering her? One of the associates that is ALWAYS willing to help me told the girl she could help me now and for me to come to her. The girl that obviously did not want to be there said.. good, it is past time for me to go home and left. I have had problems with the "instant" refills where my RX'S are not being refilled. I have had problems with getting notifications that my RX is ready to be picked up sometime a day or even a week after I have picked it up. There is one pharmacist that will not acknowledge you are even there, even when I have a complaint. Tonight was the straw that broke the camels back... I have a lot of medical issues and have to take birth control for one of them. It is suppose to be on my automatic refill and they should have been ready for me to pick them up. I got to the pharmacy about 5 min. before they closed and was told I had another RX to pick up (it is not even time for the refill on this one). I told the lady I needed my bc pills also and was told I could not pick them up until the next day. I questioned why they weren't ready as they are suppose to be on auto refill? She stated she did not know why but they would not be filled until the next day because they were about to close. She was very short and rude. I asked her why because they were in a package already filled and it is just a matter of taking them off the shelf and processing, no counting pills or anything. She continued to tell me it would not be filled. She range up the RX that they had ready (too early). I left extremely upset because I have to take the bc because of a medical condition, not what they are intended for. I came home (one mile away) and received a text telling me my RX was ready to be picked up??? The same RX I was told could not be filled because they were about to close???. I was livid. I then took my sack with the RX I picked up only to find the bottle said it contained 90 pills but in fact there were only 30 in there!! I will be transferring all of my 16 RX to another pharmacy tomorrow. I will not be returning to this CVS!!!!
