- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst customer services ever. I have spent about 2 weeks trying to set up an appointment only to keep being told that the doctor doesn’t accept my insurance which he does cause I had spoken with my provider to comfirm. the front desk workers are very rude especially GINA who speak to you as if your dumb and can’t comprehend . They try and rush you off the phone because doing there job is so darn hard. I do try to support African American business but this dermatology office does bad business My advice to the Doctore is to be careful who you hire to work for you but, then again the staff is a reflection of there boss. Be smart and don’t give this unprofessional place your business go to a place who cares and value you as a customer.December 23, 2016by Telissia Williams
