  I brought my son to the ER last month for stitches. The staff was so caring and considerate. We didn't have to wait to be seen and the ER doctor took his time stitching my son's chin up. We will always come back here when we need to be seen.

  I used my insurance providers facility finder to ensure I found a facility in network for testing. 2920 imaging also known as Trinity Healthcare Network, was at the top of the list so I proceeded to make an appointment. I spoke with a staff member and provided my insurance information and set my appointment. The day before my scheduled appointment I received a phone call confirming and the amount I was responsible for paying. Everything at this point had gone as planned. I arrived the day of my appointment and completed a plethora or paperwork, more than I ever have at any lab or physicians office only to get to the very last page and find a form that informs me that my insurance is out of network and while I will be charged the in network rate the payment would go towards my out of network benefits. I find this to be very deceitful practice because at any time during my two phone conversations with staff or at the very beginning of my appointment I should have been told that. To further more add insult to injury the form is buried under mountains of paperwork as to sway patients to accept their deceitful practices since they have traveled to their facility and invested time in completing paperwork. I would rather be inconvenienced and take my money and business elsewhere. Be sure to ask the right questions before wasting your time.
